Shaking Up Katy Perry's 'The Witness' Tour
Witness: The Tour was the fourth concert tour launched by Katy Perry in support of her 2017 Studio album, Witness. Opening on September 19, 2017 in Montreal, Canada and concluding in Auckland, New Zealand, Perry’s tour spanned several continents: North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania. Joining Katy Perry on this tour for select shows were opening acts Noah Cyrus, Purity Ring, Tove Styrke, Hailee Steinfeld, and Carly Rae Jepsen.
Our team fabricated numerous props for Katy Perry's "The Witness" tour including a giant pink telephone, a sparkling leaf, and larger than life salt & pepper shakers. These pieces were used in several sets and followed her to her multiple tour locations.
All of the props needed to be durable enough to withstand Katy Perry’s nearly year-long tour, with the shining leaf secure enough to lean back on, and the salt and pepper shakers designed to be legible from each direction as the glitter was thrown on stage.
